The MAIN Thing

There are so many religious rabbit trails. But let’s keep the main thing the main thing! Bottom line is: are you ONE SPIRIT WITH THE MOST HIGH? “But the one who is united and joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.” — 1 Corinthians 6:17

Have you joined yourself in unity, in alignment, in subjection to the PERSON of Messiah (the heart, the nature, the character, the goodness, the leading).Messiah Jesus came to reconnect — to reunite you — to Father God. That is what Jesus accomplished for you and as you.

You either are in COVENANT RELATIONSHIP (by God’s GRACE through Faith/Trust/Obedience) with God, and thus able to HEAR God’s Spirit and OBEY God — doing His will moment by moment in dynamic living… or not. This is what means everything. You have experienced Jesus (known Him directly as a person). You have experienced that God is indeed GOOD.

Psalm 34: “The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him, and he delivers them. Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Fear the LORD, you His saints, for those who fear Him lack nothing.…”

Thus, you trust and yield and obey him. All the theological and doctrinal knowledge is MEANINGLESS unless those CORE CONNECTION IS ALIVE IN YOU. God did not come to give you religion, but rather a covenant relationship of LIFE and POWERFUL LOVE to extend the goodness and order of Gods Kingdom out into this world through you — through your alignment and heart and obedience.

Those who miss the point, live lives without the living LOVE of God inside them, flowing out through them! In John 5:42, Jesus condemns the religious experts of His day: “but I know you, that you do not have the love of God within you.” To trust God is to DO accordingly.

To love is to DO. To truly know Jesus is to BECOME LIKE HIM. To please God is to REFLECT HIM. THIS is how you actually Glorify God, friends.
